Dial Brasil, the newest addition to the Dial Companies, is located in São Paulo, Brazil, where efforts are underway to identify and develop commercial and residential real estate opportunities. With this first international initiative, the company hopes to participate in an environment of increasing stability and growth in the country. Dial Brasil combines over 45 years of U.S. real estate experience with knowledge of the Brazilian property markets. The company's managing partner, Bill Clements, resides in São Paulo.
Bill Clements has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential real estate. During the 1980s, he worked closely with Dial's development staff in arranging financing for many of the company's projects in the U.S. In addition, he has been involved in the Brazilian real estate markets for the past 13 years. He received an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona.
